U.S. Muslims Condemn Attack at Fort Hood CAIR calls shootings cowardly and inexcusable (SEATTLE, 11/5/09) -A prominent national Muslim civil rights and advocacy group tonight condemned an attack on Fort Hood military base in Texas that left at least 12 people dead. We grieve for the dead and wounded soldiers and for their families and We are outraged at the betrayal to his uniform and to his country (and his fellow soldiers), that Maj. Malik has done by his murders. Cell phone vs Quran Ever wonder what would happen if we treated our Quran like we treat our cell phone? What if we carried Quran around in our pockets adjacent to our heart?
