2023 was a very eventful year. This was a 60 year of farming, a dancing goats and singing chickens organic farm. We moved from just working on soil, fertility, and building up topsoil to be able to actually harvest, nuts, berries, and fruits from our farm.some given to the community members and some sold when folks came to buy honey or eggs or seeds.

The highlight and focus were the monthly workshops and seminars. During the  Some given to the community members and some sold when folks came to buy honey or eggs or seeds.

The highlight and focus where the monthly workshops and seminars. During the summer, these were held in our outdoor classroom and memorial garden, which is shaped in the form of a heart. However, during the last three winter months, these workshops were held indoors inside the blue barn. Next

Unfortunately, the repairs that we did to the roof of the barn using the blue tarps and two by fours were not sufficient. It still leaks in more than three places and we constantly have to move battles and tubs to contain the water and empty them almost every day or every couple of days.

The request for this fundraising is both in in cash donations, as well as donations of your time, energy, or sheets of metal, box of screws with washers or things that hold it down. Unfortunately, a section of the plywood needs to be removed also. The professional contractors  Have given us advise that it will not be feasible to replace the entire roof due to the immense cost of it. Just the sections that have rotted out during the past 50 years need to be repaired on an urgent basis.

The cost of a project to repair the 40‘ x 40‘ section of the barn roof which is leaking in multiple places is approximately $14,700. However, we can bring this down if we get sufficient donations of metal sheeting, plywood, two by fours and two by sixes as well as buckets of screws with washers, silicone tubes that are waterproof, etc. Amongst our Farm supporters if there are any roofing specialist, you could also donate your time and we will give you a special donation receipt that you gave to Noble charitable cause

From Houston, Texas -DARK ASEEL CHICKS- rare Indian oriental breed

don't give chicks for EASTER gifts- Young poultry may have Salmonella bacteria on their bodies, even when they are healthy and look clean. The germs also get on cages and other things the birds touch. Salmonella bacteria on your hands can spread to other people, surfaces, or infect you – if you don't wash up. You Can Get Sick Anyone can get a Salmonella infection, which can cause serious illness. Children are especially at risk of illness because they are less likely to wash their hands and have more frequent hand-to-mouth contact than adults. Symptoms of Salmonella infection begin about one to three days after exposure and include diarrhea, fever, and stomach pain. Illness usually lasts four to seven days and most people will recover without medical treatment. However, in some people the symptoms may be so severe that medical treatment or a stay in the hospital is needed. Infants, children, the elderly, and people with weakened immune systems are more likely to experience severe illness. Call your health care provider, if you or your child has a high fever, severe diarrhea, or other symptoms that concern you. Don't Spread Salmonella Wash hands with soap and water after touching chicks and ducklings. It is the single most important thing you can do! When soap and water are not available, alcohol-based hand wipes and gel sanitizers may be used. Sanitizers may not be as effective if hands are too dirty. Clean off as much dirt as possible before using sanitizers.
